Our Motor Trade Client is a reputable, family-run crash repair central based in Beckenham and they require an experienced MET Technician / Fitter to join their busy team of bodyshop productives.

Competitive basic salary up to £50,000 per annum based on experience
OTE potential of £54,000 with overtime opportunities
Standard working hours of 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Optional Saturdays paid at overtime rate for those wishing to increase their earnings
Flexible start times with shifts starting at 7:30 or 8:00 am, including a 30-minute lunch break

Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles in line with our client’s high standards
Familiarity with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to be successful in the role.
To identify additional repair work and liaise with the bodyshop advisor
Communicating effectively with other team members
Carry out quality controlsRequirements:
Proven experience as a MET Technician, ideally within a crash repair environment
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and methods
Auto Electrician skills are advantageous but not essential
Full UK driving licenceFor your hard work as a MET Technician / Fitter for our client you will be paid up to £50,000 with OTE circa of £54,000.
