We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Sales Coordinator to join our Weddings Team.In this pivotal role, you'll focus on driving wedding and celebration bookings by generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales with care, confidence, and heart. From first enquiry through to the final confirmation, your expertise and enthusiasm will help couples feel inspired and reassured, as they choose to begin their new chapter at Gretna Green.You'll play an essential part in supporting the growth of one of the most iconic brands in romance — where love has lived since 1754.

Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to exceed quarterly sales targets
* Identify new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and lead generation
* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by offering tailored guidance and solutions
* Manage the full sales pipeline using CRM systems (Salesforce and Reslynx)
* Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients
* Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth and seamless booking experience
* Represent Gretna Green at internal open day events
* Provide sales performance updates and reports
What We’re Looking For
* A proven record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
* Experience in hospitality, weddings, or event sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* A self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and time management
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Salesforce and Reslynx preferred)
* Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
* A positive, team-first attitude and a passion for creating memorable customer journeys

Location: Gretna Green
Holidays: 30 days holiday per annum (including bank/public holidays) plus birthday day off
Hours: Full-Time – 40 hours per week (5 days over 7, including evenings/weekends)
Shift Patterns: 8.30am–5pm | 9am–5.30pm | 11.30am–8pm
