Internal Communications Executive - Full Time - Richmond (Hybrid Working)
Robert Half have exclusively partnered with a leading Financial Services business. We are looking for an Internal Communications Executive to join the growing Marketing Department and support the businesses growth!
This position is focused around Internal Communications and Employee Activity but will also support general marketing activity to fulfil business needs.
Responsibilities
1. Establish an internal communications plan in conjunction with the marketing manager
2. Plan, edit and write content for internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet and monthly newsletters
3. Ensure consistency in messaging across all mediums and departments of the business
4. Take ownership and manage a new intranet platform
5. Manage an editorial calendar
6. Create copy and content for the intranet
7. Oversee Intranet champions and content providers
8. Support general marketing activity including
9. Events support
10. Website Management
11. Campaign Management
Requirements
12. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Internal Communications position
13. Experience in content creation
14. Excellent written, editorial and proofreading skills
