What You’ll Do

* Lead and manage all project stages, including briefing, concept design, schematic design, design development, design documentation, and contract administration.
* Oversee all phases of design projects, from new builds to refurbishments, ensuring exceptional results.
* Develop designs and feasibility studies for high-end resdiential, commercial and hospitality.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and sub-consultants, handling all correspondence throughout the project lifecycle.
* Demonstrate expertise in design creativity, space planning, materiality, FF&E, software tools, resource programming, and post-contract processes.
* Handle budget management, procurement processes, and resource planning effectively.
* Mentor junior designers and collaborate with senior colleagues and the wider design team.
* Report on project deliverables to Design Heads and manage timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
* Support business development by preparing creative presentations and attending client meetings to secure new projects.

Who You Are

* Hold a bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent
* A driven designer with a proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
* Passionate about delivering innovative solutions in a collaborative environment.
* Experienced in designing interior spaces for various project types, including high-end residential, hospitality and F&B.
* A natural leader and team player eager to grow with a forward-thinking, fast-paced company.
* Proficient in relevant software tools, with strong presentation skills and a proactive attitude.
* Skilled at building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams.
