Class 2 Service Driver

£18.50 per hour |£38,480 per year | 40 hours guaranteed
Permanent | Monday to Friday | No scheduled weekends
The Class 2 Driver role at phs will involve:
You’ll follow a pre-planned daily route visiting healthcare and commercial customers to:
1. Driving soft compaction vehicle, similar to refuge collection vehicle
2. Emptying/Collecting Euro Bins containing offensive waste
3. Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based)
4. Deliver professional and courteous customer service
5. Return to the depot daily to unload collected waste
Routes and schedules are centrally planned to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance.
This is a physically active role suited to someone who prefers being on the move.
The ideal candidate for a Class 2 Driver at phs will have:
6. Full UK Manual Driving Licence (held 12+ months)
7. Category C (LGV Class 2) license
8. Current Driver CPC card
9. Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
10. Maximum 6 points (no DR/DD/CD/TT/IN/AC endorsements in last 5 years)
11. Able to work within a 6am–6pm window (40 hours per week)
12. Reliable, safety-conscious and professional
13. Good attention to detail
