Job Summary
We are seeking a young person - possible school leaver - to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office. This role is essential for ensuring efficient office operations and providing excellent support to both staff and clients.
Duties
* Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent phone etiquette
* Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks
* Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
* Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications
* Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up to date
* Handle correspondence, both electronic and paper-based, with attention to detail
* Support financial tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking
* Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed
Requirements
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
* Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Typing skills with a high level of accuracy for data entry tasks
