We’re growing quickly and looking for an ambitious, motivated, and people-focused individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Recruitment Consultant.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to break into recruitment, sales, digital marketing, or agency life — with full training, fast progression, and uncapped earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Sourcing and engaging digital marketing talent across Paid Media, PPC, SEO, Paid Social, CRM, Creative, and Client Services
* Building relationships with candidates and understanding their career goals
* Supporting clients with hiring across agencies and in-house brands
* Writing job adverts, managing interview processes, and coordinating offers
* Using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and outreach to build candidate pipelines
* Learning the digital marketing landscape and becoming a specialist in your market
* Working closely with senior consultants and founders to grow your desk
* Attending digital events, networking opportunities, and industry meetups

* Sales, recruitment, or outbound experience
