We are seeking an experienced SAP FICOConsultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in finance processes and hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, and optimisation projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver scalable financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
* Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
* Configure SAP modules, including:
* General Ledger (GL)
* Accounts Payable (AP)
* Accounts Receivable (AR)
* Asset Accounting (AA)
* Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
* Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
* Perform system testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles
* Work with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP) for end-to-end process integration
* Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA timelines
* Drive process improvements and recommend best practices
* Prepare documentation, including functional specs, test scripts, and user manuals
* Support data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong experience in SAP FICO configuration and support
* In-depth understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
* Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.)
* Familiarity with S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred
* Ability to write functional specifications for technical developments
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
