The Operations Administrator Role Overview:
* To provide client communications prior to installation, service & decommission.
* To provide field engineers invites to their installs, service & decommission jobs.
* Coordinate customer communication to make them aware of the site going live and the processes involved.
* Liaise with the monitoring station to ensure sites are commissioned and decommissioned correctly.
* Update data within the departmental systems – always ensuring accuracy.
* To provide accurate stock Allocation & return within the system.

Your Experience:
* 1 year experience within administrative and/or customer service roles.
* Communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and sustain strong relationships.
* Organisational and time management skills to prioritise.
* Proven teamwork ability whether in the workplace or extracurricular.
* Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment.
