Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to and resolve student inquiries
2. Manage incoming deliveries
3. Process rent payments
4. Provide reception and customer service assistance
5. Maintain and update IT systems
6. Support the Manager in all areas, including marketing and sales
7. Prepare reports and documentation
8. Participate in face-to-face marketing activities
9. Conduct room inspections
Qualifications and Experience:
10. Proven Customer Service, Front of House or Reception experience
11. Hotel experience would be an advantage
12. Friendly and approachable demeanour
13. Strong problem-solving skills
14. Ability to take initiative
15. Skilled in handling sensitive issues
16. Team player with a positive attitude
17. Proficient in IT
