Overview
Primark is hiring for the Team Manager role. Location: Primark Preston. Salary: £32,222 pro-rata (with 31 days annual leave & pension FTE). Contract: Full-Time Fixed Term Contract 8 Months, 5 days out of 7.
What You’ll Do
* Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
* Responsible for an allocated section or department – including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and sales.
* Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
* Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
* Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
* Drive your own development by taking advantage of digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways in a supportive place powered by our people.
What You’ll Bring
* Leadership experience and coaching skills – ability to influence your team to communicate, engage and challenge whilst keeping the customer at the forefront of actions.
