HR Business Partner (Travelling)
Location: South of England (travel required)
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to regional leadership teams, providing expert HR advice and guidance.
* Employee Relations: Manage complex ER cases ensuring fair treatment and adherence to company policies across multiple sites.
* Talent Management: Drive talent acquisition efforts, working closely with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
* Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with commercial objectives.
* Project Leadership: Lead a cross-functional project aimed at enhancing business operations and driving growth across all locations.
* Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement to support business objectives.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a commercial environment.
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* Empathetic, energetic, and engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to travel extensively across the South of England at least 3 days a week.
* Proactive mindset with a focus on driving business forward commercially.
