My client is looking for a Scenic Project Manager who enjoys turning creative ideas into impressive real-world environments. In this role, you’ll take a client’s concept and guide it through design, planning, and on-site delivery, ensuring a high-quality finish every time. You’ll play a key part in delivering engaging event spaces that reflect creativity, attention to detail, and strong project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects from initial brief through to on-site delivery
* Interpret client ideas and develop practical, buildable solutions
* Produce and review technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
* Specify materials, finishes, and construction methods
* Prepare accurate quotes, manage budgets, and oversee project costs
* Coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth delivery
* Lead on-site builds, managing internal teams and external suppliers
* Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout
* Contribute ideas and collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in scenic construction or a similar field
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent design software
* Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques
* Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
* Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
