In this role you will be responsible for managing the administration and support of all planned maintenance activities.
Scheduling and coordinating engineer's jobs throughout the day Monitoring engineer attendance for SLA'SChasing engineers and subcontractors for job updates Sending daily schedule updatesLogging, booking and closing PPM calls Processing of RAMS and permitsRaising PO'S and order processing Process quotes for remedial and other PPM worksEnsure any customer complaints are escalated Updating the CRM systemAny other relevant duties as defined by the Manager
Scheduling and planning experience is essential Experience working within an office environmentStrong organisational skills Good numeracy skillsKnowledge of CRM systemsAbility to work to deadlines and work on your own without supervision Flexible working hours when required A sharp eye for detailExcellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills Strong keyboard and IT skills
