Komoo, part of the Steer Automotive Group, specialises in the rapid, high-quality repair of fleet and rental vehicles. What you’ll be doing: Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the bodyshop Ensuring fleet and rental vehicle repairs are completed on time, to standard, and within budget Managing workflow, productivity, and quality across MET, Paint, and Panel teams Overseeing customer satisfaction, health & safety compliance, and internal reporting Driving team performance through clear communication, support, and leadership What we’re looking for: Previous experience managing a bodyshop or accident repair centre (essential) Strong understanding of the repair process, from estimating to final QC Commercial awareness and a focus on productivity, quality, and cost control Experience with fleet or rental repair (preferred) Ability to hit the ground running and lead by example Excellent people management, planning, and organisational skills Why join Komoo?
