We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager to become a vital linchpin in their busy office.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures
* Supporting and supervising care coordinators and care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment
* Participating in the assessment of client needs and the development and review of person‑centred care plans
* Monitoring the quality of care delivery, ensuring that services are provided in a safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well‑led manner
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, families, care staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination of services
* Assisting with the development and management of staff rotas to ensure adequate service coverage
* Aiding with audits, quality monitoring, and the implementation of improvement plans
* Ensuring that safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to and that any concerns are reported and addressed appropriately

* A competitive salary of £30,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
