Copywriter / Editor (QA Specialist) The role This is a varied, hands-on role combining copywriting, editing, and quality assurance. You'll be responsible for creating and refining content, while also owning the QA processes that ensure everything we publish is accurate, consistent, and on brand. You'll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, providing guidance, feedback, and structure to ensure content meets both creative and quality expectations. Key responsibilities Writing, editing, sourcing, and proofreading a wide range of content Ensuring all content is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand tone and style Carrying out detailed QA checks for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and consistency Developing and improving QA processes and best practices Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and project goals Providing constructive feedback to improve content quality across the team Reviewing content performance and recommending improvements Maintaining records and reporting on content quality and QA outcomes What we're looking for Proven experience as a Copywriter, Editor, or similar content-focused role Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail Experience applying QA processes to written content Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines confidently Strong organisational skills and a quality-first mindset Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team Nice to have Experience in a relevant industry or content type Awareness of industry or compliance requirements (where applicable) What we offer Competitive salary A collaborative, creative working environment The opportunity to shape and improve content quality across the business
