A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Membership Services Executive based in Lincolnshire. This full-time role is dedicated to supporting existing members, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring members receive an excellent level of service throughout the year.,
* Handle membership enquiries and support both new and existing members
* Coordinate the member onboarding process and carry out sign-up activities
* Manage ongoing member engagement and respond to feedback
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure members receive accurate, timely services
* Maintain membership records and support seamless administration
Customer-focused and service-oriented
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* A strong communicator, both face-to-face and in writing
* Capable of working independently, with a proactive approach
