Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience while maintaining brand voice and identity.
* Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
* Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Build relationships with influencers and key stakeholders to enhance public relations efforts.
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media management.
Skills
* Proven experience in public relations and social media management.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
* Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
* Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
