Trainee Bus Driver
Pay Rate: £12.40 - £14.70 per hour

Pay Structure
* Weekdays: £12.40 for the first 12 months, £12.65 between 12-24 months, and then £14.40 per hour.
* Weekends: £12.70 for the first 12 months, £12.95 between 12-24 months, and then £14.70 per hour.
* Bank Holidays: £40 bonus paid per shift.

Hours of Work and Role
Enjoy a rotating shift pattern of 5 days in 7, published up to 6-8 weeks in advance for easy planning. Shifts include:
* Mornings: Starting from 04:00
* Afternoons: Starting from 12:00
* Evenings: Starting from 18:00
Please note that we cannot offer fixed early, afternoon, or evening shifts separately. Overtime is available upon request and based on availability.
Requirements
* Must be over 18 years of age.
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience.
* No more than 6 points on your licence.
* Must undergo a drug and alcohol test before assessment.
* Pass an English comprehension test.
* Excellent people skills.
* Flexibility with shifts starting as early as 4 AM and finishing no later than 1 AM, depending on your start time.
