* Releasing customer orders using SAP
* Creating and managing pick lists for warehouse teams
* Building shipments via internal and third-party portals
* Updating data and maintaining accuracy within the SAP system
* Keeping Master Trackers up to date and reliable
* Producing and printing shipping manifests
* Booking in deliveries and ensuring schedules run smoothly
* Handling inbound calls from other departments with efficiency and professionalism
* Monitoring and supporting ongoing re-work projects
