The Role
Ensure all activities related to the collection, transportation, and delivery of stock from suppliers are completed efficiently. Coordinate all logistical aspects to ensure the safe arrival of goods to Aspire’s warehouses.
What will you be doing?
* Liaising with approved transporters, selecting appropriate options, and coordinating shipments to the warehouse
* Requesting and endorsing Controlled Drug Licenses
* Ensuring customs clearance requirements are met and maintaining traceability of customs declarations for HMRC inspections
* Monitoring and developing transportation options to improve departmental efficiency and shipment impact
* Leading weekly meetings between logistics, stock control, and supply chain teams
* Coordinating shipment documentation for Goods Receipting and RP releasing
* Approving stock and logistics invoices
* Line management responsibilities
* Ensuring GXP compliance
The Person
* Experience in Pharma stock logistics preferred
* Proficient in Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Adobe
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Team player
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with ERP systems is desirable
* Knowledge of GDP or GMP practices is a plus but not essential
