In this role, you will report directly to the Assistant Director and lead a team of 10 staff, as well as manage directly employed personnel and external contractors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with statutory requirements under Awaab’s Law and Disrepair legislation. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain high standards of service delivery, address damp and mould issues, and ensure all disrepair cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
