About The Role
In your role as a Home Administrator at HC‑One, you’ll be guided by unparalleled kindness. You will work in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes, caring for residents who are people with their own stories. This position is a full‑time role covering a 6‑month maternity allowance, 40 hours per week. After that, hours will reduce to part‑time.
As a Home Administrator, you will manage administrative systems and processes to perfection to help the Home Manager effectively run services. You will maintain impeccable financial records, prepare reports, administer the Time & Attendance system, process payroll and HR information, always prioritising resident wellbeing.
HC‑One seeks someone with an IT and Administration qualification such as ECDL, and experience in a busy office. You must have strong Microsoft Office, time‑management and organisational skills, along with a positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. You will also be required to recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, attend safeguarding training and be able to report concerns and seek advice.
