LCV Technician – Main Dealership
1. Location: Coventry
2. Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (DOE) + Bonus (OTE £48,000)
3. Hours: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week) + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced LCV Technician to join a premium main dealership in Coventry.

Key Responsibilities:
11. Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on light commercial vehicles
12. Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard first time
13. Support preparation and maintenance of new, used, and loan vehicles
14. Work collaboratively with the workshop team to maintain efficiency and quality
15. Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
16. Maintain accurate job records and documentation
About You:
17. NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
18. Strong experience working within a workshop or dealership environment
19. Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
20. Experience working on LCVs is desirable
21. MOT Tester licence (preferred but not essential)
22. Knowledge of hybrid/EV systems and VAG vehicles (advantageous)
23. Full UK driving licence
24. Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
