As a Customer Advisor, you’ll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders this Black Friday and Christmas.

What you’ll be doing
* Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
* Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on financial service offerings for certain products, and process refunds.
* Be present on the shop floor to help customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products, supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet.
* Build knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.

* You must be above the school-leaver age in your country (school leaving age).
