The Senior IT Solutions Architect is responsible for identifying and understanding customer requirements to successfully integrate IL's IT Solutions. This includes connectivity, interfacing, cybersecurity, and workflow from pre-sale to go-live, providing technical leadership, expertise, and guidance related to workflow design and implementation to enable business objectives. The role involves generating designs to address customer needs, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, and maintaining technical competency with market changes.
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
* Provides pre-sale consulting, design, implementation, and support to customers
* Analyzes customer clinical and IT environments to determine configuration needs
* Collaborates with Sales & Applications Consultants to design solutions
* Creates and presents IT workflows, network diagrams, and visual communications to customers and stakeholders
* Acts as the voice of the customer with internal teams
* Provides escalated on-site support as needed
* Ensures completion of security clearances and documentation within deadlines
* Identifies gaps, proposes mitigation, and escalates issues to ensure customer satisfaction
* Ensures designs comply with regulatory policies and procedures
* Identifies opportunities for process improvement and drives change
* Provides technical leadership to the Solutions Architect team and maintains market competency

* Performs additional duties as assigned by the IT Solutions Manager

Minimum Knowledge & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering; or equivalent experience
* Minimum of seven years in a customer-facing/support role in healthcare or medical devices
* Experience implementing complex IT solutions
* Expertise in clinical/healthcare IT environments and cybersecurity
* Project management experience preferred
* Knowledge of interface technologies and protocols such as Interface Engines, IT Security, Connectivity, Databases, ADT/POCT Devices
Travel Requirements: Up to 50% of the time
