Nestled in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, Yorebridge House is a 5-star boutique hotel with a 3 AA Rosette restaurant, celebrated for its refined food, elegant surroundings, and warm, personal hospitality.
Once a Victorian headmaster’s house and school, the Grade II-listed building has been beautifully transformed into a luxury hotel with stunning views and a relaxed fine-dining atmosphere. With a maximum of 30 covers in the restaurant and a private dining room for up to 10 guests, the focus is always on quality, creativity, and guest experience.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our small, close-knit brigade. You’ll work in a modern, well-equipped kitchen overlooking the countryside and kitchen garden, delivering dishes that showcase the best of seasonal British produce at 3 Rosette standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who thrives in a calm, creative environment and is eager to grow within one of North Yorkshire’s most respected fine-dining destinations.

Your Responsibilities
 * Prepare and cook dishes to a consistent 3 Rosette standard
 * Manage your section confidently, maintaining high standards of mise en place and organisation
 * Support the Head and Sous Chefs with menu development and daily service
 * Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen management
 * Collaborate closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth, efficient service
 * Take pride in presentation, attention to detail, and quality across every dish

About You
 * Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a 2–3 Rosette or Michelin-level kitchen
 * Passionate about seasonal produce and refined modern British cuisine
 * Calm, reliable, and composed under pressure
 * Organised, consistent, and quality-driven
 * A positive team player with a genuine love for food and hospitality
 * Available to work a structured 4-day week (evening service Tuesday–Saturday)
