We’re working with a rapidly scaling consumer fintech that’s reinventing the car‑finance experience with a seamless digital journey built around the customer.
They’re looking for a highly experience Product Owner (senior scope) who can take charge of the end‑to‑end application flow and lift conversion across every step of the customer journey. This is a high‑impact position where you’ll combine product thinking, experimentation, and data‑driven decision‑making to unlock meaningful growth.
You’ll lead a dedicated squad, work closely with engineering and design, and push forward initiatives that simplify the process, boost confidence, and move customers smoothly from first click to car purchase. Expect a fast-moving environment with big ambitions and the autonomy to make real change.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning conversion outcomes across the full application funnel.
* Working hands-on with engineers and design to deliver improvements at pace.
* Testing ideas through structured experiments and rapid iteration.
* Using behavioural insight, analytics, and user research to guide priorities.
* Rolling out UX enhancements and features that remove friction and improve flow.
* Exploring new ways to apply AI and automation to personalise and streamline the journey.
* Partnering with teams across the business to ensure changes support wider goals.
