Customer Service Representative Location: Bracknell, Office Based Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum £4000 bonus (paid quarterly) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative looking for a role where you can make a real impact? Our client, a well-established company within the medical industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their Bracknell office. You’ll act as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and clients receive a first-class level of service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Handle customer queries, complaints, and product returns in line with company procedures. Provide product and technical support to customers as required. Build strong relationships with customers and internal Territory Managers. Conduct welcome emails, new customer calls, and regular follow-ups. Collaborate with the accounts team to maintain accurate customer records. Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and efficiency. Maintain a professional and organised working environment. About You: Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities. Team player who can also work independently. Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
