We're seeking an experienced Senior Conference Producer to oversee the creation and delivery of conference programmes across a portfolio of events in sectors including health & wellbeing, pets, and outdoor / active way of life industries.
This role combines strategic responsibility with hands‑on delivery, covering agenda development, speaker engagement, and team coordination to ensure each event delivers high‑quality, commercially aligned content.

🚀 What you'll be doing
* Owning content strategy across multiple conferences and event portfolios
* Turning research, insights, and industry trends into clear event agendas
* Supporting and guiding a team of conference/content producers
* Identifying and securing high‑quality speakers
* Building relationships with industry professionals and communities
* Working with sales and partnerships teams to align content with commercial opportunities
* Supporting conferences from concept through to delivery
🔍 What we're looking for
* Experience as a Senior Conference Producer, Conference Producer, or similar role
* 3-5+ years' experience in commercial B2B/B2C conference production
* Experience delivering events with multiple components and stakeholders
* Experience in agenda creation, speaker engagement, and programme development
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
* Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
* Comfortable working in a busy environment with shifting priorities
* Commercial awareness and understanding of how content contributes to revenue
