This is an opportunity to take ownership in building sales strategies to increase customer engagement and turnover within the food FMCG and pharmaceutical packaging sectors.
To be considered you should possess proven commercial sales experience within the food FMCG and or pharmaceutical packaging sectors team leadership and strategic planning. A degree in business administration marketing or a related field is preferred.
Salary: £60 000 - £70 000

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the customer service and field sales teams; foster a collaborative culture; conduct performance reviews and provide training.
Develop and execute sales strategies for the food and pharmaceutical industries; collaborate with finance production and supply chain for accurate sales forecasts; drive profitability.
Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty; oversee customer engagement initiatives; address and resolve customer issues effectively.
Collaborate on marketing campaigns; implement process improvements for operational efficiency; stay informed on industry trends.
Provide regular updates on sales performance to the Managing Director; analyse sales data for improvement opportunities; prepare reports and strategic plans.
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience in a senior sales leadership role ideally in food FMCG or pharmaceutical packaging sectors; proven success in sales strategy development.
Strong leadership communication negotiation and analytical skills; proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field 'preferred.'
