As Process Manager, youll be accountable for the smooth delivery of all product launches, product changes and PIP initiatives, from feasibility through to handover. Youll own the sites concept-to-launch process, working closely with commercial, operations and technical stakeholders to manage risk, timelines and customer expectations.
Youll lead and develop the Process Development team, play a key role in operational and continuous improvement projects, and act as a trusted technical partner across the business and with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Owning and delivering all product launches, trials, pre-productions and handovers.
2. Ensuring full compliance with site and group Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
3. Managing and escalating business, customer or reputational risk where appropriate.
4. Leading, developing and succession planning for the Process Development team.
5. Managing the Process Development budget and supporting site-wide PIP projects.
