Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the North Highland Community Services Directorate in NHS Highland for an individual with a management or administration degree level or equivalent qualification and appropriate experience to join the Senior Management Team of the Directorate as Business and Performance Manager. The work base can be negotiated.
Responsibilities
* Provide specialist knowledge, expertise, guidance, interpretation and advice to the Highland Health & Social Care Partnership.
* Deliver comprehensive executive support and business development services to the North Highland Community Services Division and its decision‑making structure.
* Lead business support activities and services that underpin efficient and effective operational and strategic delivery in the Division.
* Facilitate effective communication within the division and wider organisation by designing and developing business and communication systems.
* Directly lead and monitor key projects and division‑wide initiatives, including the development of reports, business cases and service development plans to the Heads of Service.
Qualifications & Requirements
Management or administration degree level or equivalent qualification and appropriate experience.
