Right Now Group are working with a well-established and reputable logistics provider based in the Heathrow/Feltham area, specialising in the handling and distribution of perishable goods. Due to increased demand, we are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join their busy operation. This is a fast-paced role suited to reliable, physically fit candidates who are comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. Location: Heathrow / Feltham Shift Pattern: Flexible shift pattern: 2-6 shifts available per week (days and nights) Days: 11:00 - 23:00 Nights: 23:00 - 11:00 Pay Rate: £13.27 per hour Start: Immediate starts available Key Responsibilities: Handling and sorting perishable items (chilled, frozen and fresh goods) Loading and unloading deliveries Working within cold storage areas (PPE provided) Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse Adhering to health & safety and food safety regulations Working efficiently to meet deadlines What We Offer: Flexible shift pattern: 2-6 shifts available (days and nights) Ongoing work with a reputable employer PPE provided and full onboarding support Requirements: 5-year checkable work history, clear DBS, and right to work in the UK Comfortable handling perishable goods in temperature-controlled environments The Employment Agencies Act (EAA) is a piece of legislation which sets a minimum standard of conduct for recruitment agencies in the UK. Limited Company contractors If you are a Limited Company contractor, you can 'opt out' of the regulations. Whilst the regulations have been conceived to ensure greater legislative protection for candidates, there may be issues which conflict with the spirit of the IR35 rules. Opting out of the regulations will have benefits if you decide that you want to be considered self-employed. This will mean you will not be afforded the same protection as that of our PAYE workers but does bring you a step closer to being seen as genuinely self-employed and therefore could be viewed as outside the scope of the IR35 tax rules. If you wish to opt-out, you need to do so before your contract starts. To do this, please inform your consultant and sign and return the EAA opt-out form.
