We're Hiring: Higher Level Teaching Assistants for supply Agency work: Academics - Education Recruitment Specialists in South Yorkshire and Barnsley.
Are you a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), Cover Supervisor, or Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable experience in local primary schools across Barnsley?

The Role:
* Provide high-quality classroom cover & learning support across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
* Deliver pre-planned lessons & maintain a positive learning environment
* Assist with classroom management & pupil engagement
* Support pupils in small groups or 1:1 where required
* Work flexibly across a range of local primary settings
Candidate Requirements:
* Hold a HLTA qualification (Level 4/5) or be degree-educated (suitable for ECTs not yet fully qualified)
* Previous school-based experience
* A passion for education & a supportive, flexible approach
* Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS (through Academics if required)
