Must be fully competent in all aspects of environmental enforcement, have demonstrable skills in use and application of environmental legislation with proven experience in dealing with statutory nuisance, Certificate of Competence in Environmental Noise Measurement certificate desirable, must also have a full driving license and own car available to use for work.
