The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a multi-billion-dollar global food business in a key Supply Chain Coordinator role. You will report to the Supply Chain and License Manager and support end-to-end supply chain operations. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ideal for someone with three to five years of experience in a similar role, particularly within food or FMCG.

Pay
£30,000.00–£35,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
* Process new contracts and input data into internal systems
* Purchase foreign currency and allocate it against supplier invoices
* Plan production with suppliers and manage logistics from shipment to delivery
* Liaise with both suppliers and customers, providing regular order updates
* Prepare and send customer invoices and raise letters of credit
* Maintain up-to-date stock reports and track new products
* Monitor and forecast stock requirements
* Provide general administrative and office support
* Collaborate across internal teams to ensure cohesive operations
What We Are Looking For
* Three to five years of experience in a supply chain coordination or similar role
* Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
* Able to multitask and work independently in a busy team environment
* Familiarity with import or export processes is advantageous
* Must have a full UK driving licence
