£33,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities)

The Role:
Account manager required to be responsible for developing client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current clients (local developers, housing associations, local authorities, architects etc).
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling day-to-day queries.
* Understand client needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
* Monitor account performance and prepare reports on KPIs, sales activity, and client satisfaction.
* Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and lapsed clients.
* Represent the company professionally at client meetings.
The Candidate:
The successfully appointed Account Manager will have the following skills and abilities:
* Proven experience in account management, customer services, or sales
* The ability to managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
* Track record of meeting or exceeding targets/KPIs.
* Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
* A background in construction or utilities would be useful but not essential.
