An established company are currently looking for an Insurance Account Handler to join their team. The Insurance Account Handler role includes handling new and existing insurance policies for clients, providing support for queries and assisting with claims.
* Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
* Office based
Insurance Account Handler responsibilities:
* Acting as point of contact for a portfolio for new and existing clients
* Ensuring terms are established
* Negotiating and processing claims
* Managing new client quotations
* Contacting former clients and previous enquiries to offer quotations at next renewal
* Ensuring timely renewals of policies
* Assisting with adjustments
Insurance Account Handler skills/competencies:
* Previous experience in a similar role desirable with a strong insurance background
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
