Digital Marketing Manager/PPC Manager - Office Based-London Are you a digital marketing manager looking for an exciting new challenge? We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic individual to join our team to work on various exciting briefs across multiple client accounts. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process from strategy to execution across multiple PPC accounts for our portfolio of clients. You'll be an innovative and analytic thinker with a strategic mind and a proven track record of success. You will be responsible for the onboarding, planning, strategising, optimisation and analysis of your accounts, as well as managing each clients expectations and budget requirements. A core focus of the role will be to strategies, build, and optimise PPC campaigns for multiple clients, across multiple platforms (Google and occasionally LinkedIn, Bing, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok). You will monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, deliver actionable improvements and be responsible for the efficiency of the campaigns. You will be able to provide comprehensive reports on campaign performance and KPIs in line with individual clients goals. You will be expected to report to the directors and the clients on their account performance, providing strategic recommendations on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and implementing improvements within the team. Ideally, you will have previous agency experience, have a results-driven mindset, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment. You must also be comfortable with both digital and non-digital marketing, can incorporate both in your strategies, have a strong focus on client relationship management and reporting, and demonstrate a strong track record of delivering results for clients. Tasks and Responsibilities Requirements Reporting to our Marketing Directors, your main responsibilities will include the following: Develop and implement strategies with the ability to work across multiple campaigns for multiple clients. Create, plan, manage and optimise a variety of PPC campaigns for multiple clients, across various platforms e.g. Google Ads Managing several core accounts, maintaining consistent client contact and excellent service Effectively carry out keyword research and management Ensure daily time logging has been completed for all client accounts Proven track record of working to and meeting simultaneous deadlines, ability to lead a team to meet deadlines Provide regular reporting to clients, highlighting performance and identifying opportunities for improvement and carrying out result-driven optimisations. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, with strong analytical skills. Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to implement to drive both business growth and clients results. Clear understanding of other digital marketing activities than PPC, some understanding of management of cross channel activities. Skills: Flawless communication skills and full fluency in English Self- motivated with exceptional organisation skills Proven experience managing multiple PPC clients and campaigns with a track record of driving results Strong knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising platforms (required), Bing Ads (preferred but not essential) Proficient in keyword research tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, AHrefs. Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager to effectively track conversions Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven effective decisions Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with and effectively manage a cross-functional team Ability to self-manage and keep track of multiple projects, while able to adapt and identify priorities in your workload based on scale and Ability to adapt to client needs and use a variety of digital marketing channels Exceptional client-facing and client-management skills, with the ability to converse with and manage multiple clients independently and collaboratively. Solid background in PPC and digital marketing. Empathy and a keen understanding of customer needs, striving for client satisfaction. Strong analytical skills with a focus on key metrics and insights. Meticulous attention to detail and a solid work ethic. Able to demonstrate initiative and take a proactive approach to actively develop relationships and strategies with clients and the team. Team Player maintaining close working relationships with proven communication and interpersonal skills You are passionate and ambitious, willing to get stuck in Nice-to-Haves: Experience in marketing automation, scripts, and copywriting. (preferred but not essential). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, JavaScript, Tracking, Web Development, Mailchimp, AHrefs or similar (preferred but not essential) Social media management experience SEO knowledge (preferred, but not essential) A balance of creativity and analytical skills.
