As a Change Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the organisation's transformation agenda. You’ll be as focused on people, behaviours and adoption as you are on plans, timelines and deliverables.
Reporting to the Director of Organisational Development & Culture, and working closely with the Business Transformation team, you’ll lead the change approach forplex, cross‑functional initiatives. You’ll help colleagues understand why change matters, feel confident in what it means for them, and develop the capabilities to embed new ways of working.

2. Build organisational readiness, drive adoption and embed new ways of working
3. Work across the full change journey — from organisation‑wide shifts to individual behaviour change

About youYou’re an experienced change professional who understands that real transformation is about people, not just processes.
You’ll bring:
7. Experience delivering major organisational change programmes
8. Strong understanding of the full change lifecycle — from concept to embed
9. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
10. Experience guiding individuals through behaviour and mindset change
11. The ability tomunicateplex ideas simply and meaningfully
12. Confidence managing resistance and navigating uncertainty
13. Analytical skills to use insight, data and feedback to drive decisions
14. Experience in the housing sector is helpful but not essential
You will also have:
15. Experience leading large‑scale, cross‑functional projects
