After enjoying a period of strong performance and growth, they are excited to now hire a Senior Account Executive to join their Client Services team. This is an opportunity to directly work with clients that include both globally recognised brands and exciting start‑ups.
Job Description
The Senior Account Executive will report to the Client Director and lead the day‑to‑day management of a number of exciting Brand Design & Strategy client projects.
Responsibilities
* Client liaison and servicing
* Project management, including internal and external stakeholders, budgeting, timings, studio trafficking, diary management, timesheets, and travel bookings
* Collaborating with designers and strategists to ensure timely and budget‑conscious delivery of high‑quality work
* Overseeing final deliverables on projects
* Managing and assisting in the creation and delivery of client presentations
* Strategic research of clients and maintaining a keen eye for new business opportunities
Qualifications
* Strong relationship management skills
* Interest and passion for the agency specialisms, including Brand Vision, Design, and Activation
* Experience working on multiple accounts/stakeholders
* Excellent administration and organisational skills
* Experience managing project budgets and timelines
* Understanding of the creative process from initial brief through to asset delivery
* Agency background in Branding, Advertising, PR, or Digital Marketing
* Experience working in Client Services, Project, or Account Management functions
Location & Working Conditions
My client has offices in London and the Midlands, so they are open to candidates located in either area. They offer a hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 working from home.
