About The Role
We’re looking for a Management Accountant to join our team during an exciting period of transformation and growth. This role would be ideal for someone who is looking to either progress within their accounting career or bring proven experience in managing month‑end processes to the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Post and reconcile payroll, including pensions and salary sacrifice schemes.
* Process payroll accruals in line with financial principles and operational inputs.
* Support VAT/CIS returns, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
* Build strong relationships across Finance team and operational teams to improve data quality and reporting.
* Assist with audit prep and statutory accounts.
* Mentor Assistant Management Accountants.
* Identify and implement process improvements.
What You’ll Need
Mandatory:
* Part‑Qualified or Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
* Solid understanding of payroll accounting and month‑end processes.
* Strong Excel skills.
* Confident communicator and team player.
Preferred:
* Experience in a corporate/semi‑corporate environment.
* Exposure to ERP systems and finance transformation projects.
