I am currently assisting my client in South Wales, identify two Temporary Accommodation Officer's.
* Role: Temporary Accommodation Officer
* Rate: Negotiable
* Start date: ASAP
* Working pattern: 2 days per week on site 3 days from home
* 37hrs per week
Key requirements.
* Needs to own a car and be able to drive on site.
* IT savvy and very enthusiastic.
* Background in social housing/housing association/tenancy management/lettings/estate agency background.
* The role will involve ASB, Property Inspections, Evictions/Warning letters, Rent arrears, tenancy management.
