We are offering an exciting opportunity in our children’s homes for Residential Support Workers. We seek caring and compassionate individuals eager to make a positive difference in children's lives.
- Full-time and bank contracts available
- Basic pay of £11.92 to £12.54 per hour, plus sleep-in payments (based on 8-10 sleep-ins per month)
- Paid annual leave
- Monthly rota system
- Work on public holidays including Christmas and New Year, celebrating with the children!
- Flexible shifts with sleep-ins (essential), hours vary by location
- Must be 21 or older due to Ofsted regulations
- No prior experience needed
- Refer a friend bonus scheme
- Enrolment in workplace pension scheme after three months

- Overtime paid at x1.25
- Fully paid 10-day induction course
