Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of enthusiasm for recruitment, a strong desire to succeed, and the ability to build lasting relationships. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. This is a full time based office role with a 6 month probation period. Once you have passed your probation period the role will become hybrid with working from home 2 days per week.
We predominately work with sectors such as industrial/ manufacturing, facilities management, security/ events - however we are open to new sectors. We have no restrictions on areas - we supply workers throughout the whole of the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit for client roles.
Manage the full recruitment process, from initial client consultation to candidate placement and follow-up.
Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment software.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruitment is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to go above and beyond for clients and candidates.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for success and personal development.
