As a start-up, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Care Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in shaping the future of our service.
Role Overview
The Care Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of care services, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of care. This role will also involve actively building the client base, supporting recruitment of care staff, and occasionally covering care calls when required.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule care staff to ensure all client needs are met efficiently.
* Maintain effective communication between clients, care staff, and management.
* Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new care staff.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including seeking new business opportunities to grow the agency.
* Complete risk assessments, care plans, and ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
* Support with staff training, development, and supervision.
* Cover care calls where necessary to ensure continuity of care.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Contribute to the development of the agency as it grows, bringing new ideas and supporting strategic goals.
Requirements
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* Previous experience in domiciliary care coordination or a similar role is desirable.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
* Confident in IT systems (care management software experience desirable).
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential).
* A flexible approach, with the ability to cover calls when required.
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or nights if required to suit the needs of the business.

Pay: £24,420.00-£31,880.90 per year
