Role Overview
We are looking for applicants with initiative and drive, who can demonstrate resilience within a continually changing environment, and who are committed to improving outcomes for children and families across Lincolnshire.
This training programme will prepare you to work as an autonomous Health Visitor within an integrated skill-mix team.
Applicants must have excellent communication skills and, ideally, relevant community experience.
If appointed to a Childrens Services Health Visitor role following qualification, individuals will be required to remain employed in a Childrens Services Health Visitor role for a minimum of 12 months post-qualification.
