Head of Sales & Marketing | £75,000 - £80,000 DOE | Beauty & Cosmetics | Hybrid (Home-Based + South East England HQ)

We are working with our client – a thriving beauty and cosmetics manufacturer with their own high-performing brand stocked in major retailers and e-tailers across the UK. This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the Company Director, aimed at supporting the next phase of growth — both in the UK and internationally.
The Role:
As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will lead a small, high-performing team including Account Managers, a Marketing Executive, and a Social Media Manager. You’ll shape and drive sales and marketing strategies across B2B and consumer channels, focusing on brand growth, customer relationships, and international expansion (including Europe).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team, inspiring performance and developing strategies.
* Manage and grow key retail and e-tail partnerships, ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded.
* Work with the Director and cross-functional teams to align plans with company goals.
* Oversee digital, brand, and trade marketing activities.
* Support international expansion, including European markets.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
* Manage budgets for sales and marketing.
* Foster a collaborative team culture.
About You:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Senior National Account Manager or Head of Sales in beauty and cosmetics.
* At least 4 years’ industry experience from a brand or manufacturing background.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Experience with UK retailers and/or e-tailers is essential.
* Commercially driven with a creative approach to brand building.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced SME environment.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
What’s On Offer:
* Salary of £75,000 - £80,000 depending on experience

* Primarily home-based with occasional travel to HQ (just outside London)
